The Weston 07-3101-WA meat cuber meat tenderizer has two rollers that turn 31 stainless steel blades to cut into coarse meats up to 3/4″ thick. Simply drop the meat into the top of your meat tenderizer and hand crank your cutlets or tenderized steaks. Removable stripper blades keep the meat from wrapping around the rollers.
