This means the aluminum core will spread heat throughout the walls as well as the base, allowing the heat to spread more evenly and make the cookware less likely to burn.

With a 316Ti ferritic steel interior layer, Heritage Steel cookware boasts lasting luster, superior durability, and the most inert cooking surface available which produces food with clean, authentic flavor. Other types of induction ready cookware use a magnetic type of stainless steel on the outermost layer, which compromises the integrity of that outer layer of the cookware.
